Order Processing & Billing

  • All orders are processed securely through our merchant partner, ClickBank.
  • On your credit card or bank statement, charges will appear as CLICKBANK or CLKBANK*COM.

Shipping Information

  • U.S. Orders: Delivered within 5–7 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivered within 10–14 business days.

All packages ship via UPS or FedEx, with USPS handling final delivery for U.S. addresses. Orders typically ship the next business day (Friday–Sunday orders ship on Monday, excluding postal holidays).

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Please note: USPS delays or global shipping issues may occasionally cause longer delivery times. Tracking updates may also be slower to appear.

Delivery Issues

  • If a package is refused or an incorrect address is provided, a refund will be issued minus shipping fees once the order is returned to our fulfillment center.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but is lost or stolen afterward, buyers must contact the carrier directly. Please provide a secure delivery address when ordering.

Returns & Refunds – Physical Products

Ignitra offers a 180-day money-back guarantee on all physical products. To receive a refund, you must return all bottles from your order (full, empty, or partially used), including any free or bonus bottles.

Return Instructions:
Include the following inside your return package:

  • ClickBank Order ID
  • Full Name and Delivery Address
  • Email Address and Phone Number
  • Original packing slip (if available)

International Orders:

  • Customs duties and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
